Why wasn't my affiliate's order tracked?

There are several reasons why an order wasn't tracked. We've provided a list of the most common reasons below:

  1. The order is a draft order

  2. The minimum purchase requirements specified in the group settings are not met

  3. The payment for the order is not fully captured. I.e. "Pending", "Authorized" or "Partially Paid"
