Why wasn't my affiliate's order tracked?

There are several reasons why an order wasn't tracked. We've provided a list of the most common reasons below:

  1. The order is a draft order

  2. The purchase date exceeded the conversion window

  3. The minimum purchase requirements specified in the group settings are not met

  4. Self-Referrals are disabled

  5. The payment for the order is not fully captured. I.e. "Pending", "Authorized" or "Partially Paid"
