Locating Your Affiliate Dashboard & Signup Link

Once your app extension is enabled, a dedicated card appears at the bottom of your Overview page. This is your central hub for onboarding.

1. Where to Find the Link

Navigate to your main Overview section in Simple Affiliate. Scroll down to the card titled "Affiliate Dashboard." Within this card, you will find:

  • The Dashboard URL: Your unique link (e.g., yourstore.com/pages/affiliate-dashboard) is displayed here. You can copy this link and paste it into your Instagram bio, email campaigns, or website footer.

  • "View Page" Button: Click this to see exactly what your affiliates and applicants see. It’s the fastest way to preview your onboarding experience.

2. Quick Setup Links

The same card provides direct shortcuts to customize the experience before you share the link:

  • Configure signup form settings: Click the "here" link to edit which fields (like Social Handles or Website) are required for new applicants.

  • Edit the language: Click the "here" link to jump to the Translations menu, where you can customize the "Welcome" or "Pending" messages.

Important Rules to Remember

  • One Link for Everyone: This URL is dynamic. If a user is logged in and already an affiliate, they will see their performance data. If they are not yet an affiliate, the link automatically becomes their Signup Form.

  • Test Before Sharing: Always use the "View Page" button to ensure your branding, form fields, and translation messages look professional before sending the link to influencers.

  • Embed Status: If the URL takes you to a "Page Not Found" or a blank page, confirm the app extension has been added to your Shopify Theme settings.

What Happens Next?

Now that you have your link, the next step is to make it permanent. Most successful merchants add this URL to their Shopify Navigation Menu (usually in the footer) so that potential partners can find it organically while browsing the store.
