How Affiliate Data Export Works

The Sales report in Analytics lists your affiliates with their referrals, sales, and commission for a chosen date range. You can download that list as a CSV for accounting, performance reviews, or payout preparation.

The file contains one row per selected affiliate. Referrals, new-customer figures, sales, and commission in the CSV match the date range on the report. Affiliate name, email, group, discount code, and date approved are the affiliate's current details.

How to Export Affiliate Data

  1. Open Analytics. In Simple Affiliate, go to Analytics.

  2. Open the Sales report. Select the Sales tab. This is not the Sales (legacy) tab.

  3. Set the date range. The report defaults to Last 90 days. Change Date if you need a different window. Referrals, sales, and commission in the CSV use this range.

  4. Choose affiliate status. Click the filter icon and set Affiliate status:

    • Active (default): affiliates with positive net sales in the selected date range.

    • All: every active affiliate, including those with no sales in the range.

    • Inactive: active affiliates with zero net sales in the range.

  5. Select affiliates. Click the checkbox above the affiliate list to select the affiliates on the current page, or click Select all to include every affiliate that matches your filters.

  6. Export. Click Export to CSV at the top right of the affiliate list. Your browser downloads a file named like affiliate_sales_YYYY-MM-DD_HHMMSS.csv.

Important Rules to Remember

  • Date range: Referrals, new customers, sales, and commission are for the selected date range only. Name, email, group, code, and date approved are current affiliate details.

  • Selection: The CSV includes only the affiliates you selected. Use Select all when you need everyone who matches the current filters, not only the current page.

  • Active vs All: Active limits the list to affiliates with positive net sales in the range. All includes active affiliates who did not generate sales in that window.

  • Affiliate-level vs referral-level: This export is one row per affiliate. For one row per referral, including commission and referral status, see How to view and export referrals.
