This guide explains how affiliates receiving commissions via Auto-pay can update their banking information directly through their dashboard.
Because we use Stripe for secure, automated payments, these changes are made within a secure Stripe portal to ensure your sensitive financial data remains protected.
Step-by-Step Guide to Updating Your Bank Account
1. Log in to Your Affiliate Dashboard. Access your dashboard using your store account credentials.
2. Access the Bank Management Portal. In your Affiliate Dashboard, locate and click the "Manage Bank" button. This will securely redirect you from the Affiliate Dashboard to your personal Stripe Connect account.
3. Navigate to Settings. Once the Stripe Connect dashboard loads, locate the Settings icon and click it.
4. Edit Payout Details. Scroll down to the "Payout details" section. You will see your current bank account listed. Click the "Edit" button next to the account you wish to change.
6. Update and Save. Enter your new banking information. Carefully review the details to ensure they are correct, then click "Save."
7. Complete Identity Verification. For security reasons, Stripe may prompt you to complete additional identity verification steps—such as receiving a code via SMS or confirming your previous details—to authorize the change. Follow the on-screen prompts until you see a confirmation that your details have been updated.
What Happens Next?
Once saved, your information is updated instantly. All future approved commission payouts will be sent to the new bank account you provided.
Note: If a payout was already "In Transit" at the time of the change, it may still go to your old account. We recommend updating your details at least 48 hours before a scheduled payout to ensure a smooth transition.
