Viewing and Exporting Affiliate Orders
This guide explains how to view a comprehensive list of all orders attributed to specific affiliates and how to export this data for your records. This process is useful for analyzing affiliate performance, preparing for manual payouts, or for your own accounting purposes.
How to View and Export Orders
Navigate to the Affiliates Section. From your main merchant dashboard, go to the "Affiliates" section.
Select the Desired Affiliates. Use the search bar or the filter options (Status, Group, Amount Owed, etc.) to locate the affiliates whose orders you want to view. Use the checkbox next to each name to select one or more affiliates.
Open the Referred Orders View. Once you have selected at least one affiliate, click the "View referred orders (on Shopify)" button above the affiliate list.
View and Filter the Orders. The order list will open as a page in a new browser tab, displaying a list of all orders attributed to the affiliate(s) you selected. You can further refine this list using the available filter options on this page if needed.
Export the Data. To download this data as a CSV file, click the "Export" icon, typically located at the top of the order list. The file will be generated and downloaded to your computer.
The exported CSV file contains detailed information for each referred order, such as the order number, date, customer details, and sale amount.
