A common concern for merchants is whether re-running the wizard will reset their hard work. Running the Setup Wizard is completely safe. * No Data Loss: It will not delete, overwrite, or reset your existing affiliates, referral history, or commission structures.
Configuration Preservation: Your existing settings remain preserved. The wizard simply serves as a guided review to confirm that your core integrations are still optimal.
Why the Wizard Might Reappear
